Refund Policy

Because our services involve discovery, creative work and dedicated team time from the moment your project kicks off, our refund policy is structured around project milestones rather than a flat money-back guarantee.
Before work begins
If you cancel a signed engagement before we begin work, the advance is fully refundable minus payment-gateway charges and applicable taxes.
During the engagement
Once work has started, refunds are calculated pro-rata against the milestones completed. Any work delivered, designs produced or accounts set up are billable and non-refundable.
After delivery
Once the final deliverable is approved and handed over, the engagement is considered complete and no refunds are issued. Bugs and fixes within the agreed warranty period are covered free of cost.
Recurring services
Monthly retainers (SEO, social media, ads management) can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Refunds for the current month are not provided once work has commenced.
Process
To request a refund, email abhishek@dizilightindia.com with your invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
