Services
We provide IT solutions, digital marketing, web and app development, content and creative services. The specific scope for each engagement is defined in a written proposal signed by both parties.
Pricing & payments
Our service pricing starts from ₹3,000 and goes up to ₹10,00,000 depending on scope. Proposals state a fixed price, the payment schedule (typically 50% advance, 50% on delivery) and applicable GST. Late payments may attract interest as per Indian law.
Deliverables & revisions
Each engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or scope changes are quoted separately. Final deliverables are released only after full payment.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and case studies unless the contract specifies otherwise.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ballia, Uttar Pradesh.
